VEHICLES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO DRIVE ON SHOW FLOOR ON THURSDAY MORNING, April 12th.
If you are setting up a booth and want to drive your vehicle onto the show floor to transport your items, you can only do that on Wednesday, April 11th.

Dear Sustaining Member:
We have secured the date of April 12, 2012 for the annual SMAFC Vendor Show. As usual, all vendors will be under one roof! This show is now the largest one-day vendor show in the Midwest. As always, this event is designed for SMAFC member vendors to showcase their products to fire departments and other emergency services personnel. We will promote this event to all fire and emergency service personnel in the Midwest Region, as well as Ontario, Canada.

Location
Suburban Collection Showplace is Michigan’s premier, state-of-the-art exposition, conference and banquet center. Conveniently located at 46100 Grand River Avenue in Novi, Michigan, it is accessible from all major highways. The exposition hall is accessed by 5 overhead doors, 2 of which are 20’ x 20’ to accommodate the installation of large pieces of equipment and/or vehicles. The hall has a dedicated truck dock and 8 grade level man doors for ease of loading and unloading for vendors. Please visit their website for more information: www.suburbancollectionshowplace.com

Basic Booth Information

Each Sustaining Membership that is “Paid in Full” gets one booth space*. Additional space and/or
booth items are available, but additional fees apply. Your booth will include the following:
• 10’ x 10’ area
• 8’ covered and skirted table
• Two chairs
• Pipe & drape
• One wastebasket
• Electricity

*Vendors who are bringing a vehicle are given a 10x25 floor space.

• Note(s): While we are providing 110V power to all vendors, any additional electrical drops,
phone lines, computer hook-ups, or other utilities necessary will incur extra charges. Carpet
is not included with the booth space, only pipe & drape. Each vendor requiring additional
services will deal directly with NEC Expo Services.
